Places of temporary life, buses are not only a means of transport, but lives intersect and bind the time of a journey.
We witness a magnificent diversity, in a somewhat forced mix. People who do not know each other and who would never have the opportunity to meet have to coexist together. An old man smiles at a child with his mom, a teenager helps a grandmother, a banker daydream beside a homeless.
We imagine everyone’s stories through a stealthy smile, a hidden tear or a marked wrinkle.
We are spectators of hidden gestures of tenderness, moments of improvised sharing.
Some, letting their spirits wander at the mercy of the sun’s rays, are quickly caught by laughters, the crying of a child or moments of anger.
In this theater of everyday life, by witnessing this diversity, these moments of sharing and respect, I catch snapshots.
